Since all the electric gadgets are used majorly by women at the domestic front - e.g. fridge, toasters, washing machine, gas, etc. the women need to be trained in repair and maintainable of the same. This will not only become self-reliant for their own selves but can also become professional repair mechanics and assemblers. To bring women above papad, pickle, tailoring, circuit, SMCT has taken 21-22 as technical training year.
